Limited Warranty

The company warrants that new products are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of sale. This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, neglect, improper storage or handling, misuse, vandalism, or other external causes to the product.

If the customer(s) believes there might be a manufacturing defect, please email [email protected] to start a warranty claim. To help resolve the matter as quickly as possible, emails need to include the following information:

– A detailed description including the order number, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue(s). Most importantly, please attach photos of the product showing the defective area(s) to the email.

– Information regarding return activity and forms of valid identification (if applicable for returns without a Valid Proof of Purchase) will be held in a company-wide database of customer return activity. Personal information is not shared with any third parties. The following identification is accepted for returns: valid US or Canadian Driver’s License, valid US State ID, or valid US passport.
